I am a qualified Sport Therapist with a level 5 Advanced Diploma in Sports & Remedial Therapy. I qualified on the 27th February 2006 with the 'Active Health Group' in Association with the Sports Therapy Organisation.

I completed my Hot & Cold Stone Massage diploma on 11th January 2008 accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapies.

I am fully qualified to practice all the therapies on offer on this website. I am also fully insured by Holistic Services Insurance.

Currently I am studying a Masters Degree in Osteopathy with the British School of Osteopathy in London of which I will add to my portfolio soon.

Osteopathic Medicine is a system of comprehensive medical care that goes beyond conventional medical philosophy to include an emphasis on structural balance of the musculoskeletal system. Osteopathic physicians use joint mobilization, postural re-education and physical therapy to normalize the body's structure and promote healing. Most medical conditions are amenable to osteopathic healing.

I lived and worked in the Red Sea resort of Dahab for 7 years as a scuba diving instructor and operated my own practice as a sport therapist treating everything from divers with bad backs to windsurfers with severe shoulder injuries, also giving the yoga individuals a truly relaxing massage. Also whilst in Dahab I gained my Advanced Trimix diving certification and dived to 100m in the world famous Blue Hole.

Indre

Indre is a fully insured, qualified sport therapist from Lithuania, who has been living in Southampton for 2 years. She completed her degree in Sports Medicine in the Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education in 2007 and then completed her VTCT level 3 diploma in Sports therapy in 2008.

Indre has worked as a personal trainer and Sports Therapist in Lithuania where she helped people recover from sports injuries and prevent injuries during a work-out. Indre has a great passion working with people to improve and maintain overall health and fitness and to advise about proper nutrition and weight management.

Indre is interested in Ayurvedic philosophy and medicine. She has a Shoden Reiki I degree and is looking forward to obtaining her Hot Stone massage diploma and Reiki II degree in the very near future.
